Refund policy

RETURN POLICY:


  • If you purchased an item by mistake or purchased the wrong item, you can return it by doing the following:
    1. Email us at Corruptcarbonworks@gmail.com Let us know you made a mistake and will be shipping an item back.
    2. Ship item/or items back with copy of the email. Please ship to:

        • Morrow, Ohio 45152


Once Items have been received and checked that they were not used, your original purchase price will be returned. (Original shipping price will not be returned)

You will receive an email that your item has been returned to your original payment method.


  • EXCHANGES: You can exchange by following the steps above, once the item is received with copy of the email conversation, we can package new items needed and send you a invoice for the shipping cost to get those items to you.
  • Items WILL NOT ship until new shipping invoice is paid in full.
